Banquet Menu

Please choose UP TO FOUR ITEMS ONLY from the following list of entrées from which, in turn, your guests may select their choice of dinner. You will need to select either a green salad or a Caesar salad for your guests’ salad course — the same type of salad will be served to all members of the party.

All entrée prices listed below include the salad, the entrée, appropriate accompaniments for each dish, and coffee or tea. Dessert is not included, but is available. Tax and a 20% service charge will be added to the total check.

Traditional Caesar Salad with hearts of romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and house-made croutons.

Tossed Green Salad with beet and carrot garnish and our creamy Italian dressing.



Prime Rib
— Served with creamed horseradish, au jus, baked potato, and fresh vegetable.


Casa’s Famous Fried Chicken
— Served with homemade biscuit, mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, and fresh vegetables.

Chicken Marsala
– Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce. Served with rice and fresh vegetables.

Chicken Piccata
– Boneless chicken breast sautéed with lemon, butter, and capers. Served with fettuccine Alfredo and fresh vegetables.


Veal Scaloppine Marsala
– Medallions of veal sautéed with mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce. Served with linguine with meat sauce and fresh vegetables.


Fresh Fish of the Day*
– Served with rice and fresh vegetables.

Sautéed Prawns
– Large Prawns sautéed in lemon, butter, wine, and garlic. Served with rice and fresh vegetables.


Vegetarian Pasta
– Sautéed tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet peppers, olives, and capers. Served over pasta.

Eggplant Parmigiana
– Pan-fried slices of Eggplant baked with a tomato-herb sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Baked Lasagna*
– Italian sausage, ricotta cheese, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce layered with wide pasta in this traditional lasagna. Served with fresh vegetables.

Veal Cannelloni*
– Veal, spinach, ricotta cheese, and prosciutto wrapped inside fresh pasta and baked. Served with fresh vegetables.
